Responsibilities
- Operate personal box truck for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain safe driving practices and DOT compliance
- Coordinate pickup/delivery schedules via dispatch portal
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Document delivery paperwork accurately and timely
- Communicate shipment status with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Personal box truck (26ft max) in operational condition
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and logistics software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable smartphone with data access
