Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation services via rideshare platform to Lubbock residents and visitors
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with local/state regulations
- Optimize routes and timing to maximize passenger pickups and trip efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professional demeanor and communication
- Track and report trip data, earnings, and vehicle maintenance requirements
- Participate in driver training programs and platform updates
- Collaborate with dispatch team for peak-hour coverage and special events
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in excellent condition
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and rideshare app proficiency
