Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance documentation
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Complete delivery logs and route optimization for timely arrivals
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Support team goals with punctual and professional service delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied weather conditions
- Knowledge of California roadways and transport regulations
- DOT medical certification current and compliant
- Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
