Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders using personal vehicle
- Optimize routes using app navigation for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Complete trips with 100% accuracy and on-time performance
- Excellently resolve rider inquiries and service concerns
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and rideshare platform policies
- Track and report trip data through driver application
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with minimum 3 years experience
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer, 4+ doors)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable data plan
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Availability to work peak hours (evenings/weekends)
- Basic knowledge of Arlington area and DFW highways
- Ability to handle cashless transactions
