Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the Phoenix Rideshare app
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and positive rider experiences
- Complete vehicle inspections daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency and rider satisfaction
- Report incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues promptly through the driver portal
- Participate in promotional events and peak-hour incentive programs
- Adhere to all Arizona traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Smartphone with latest iOS/Android and reliable mobile data
- Vehicle model 2010 or newer with 4 doors and valid insurance
