Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles using dollies or handtrucks.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and handle signatures.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Update delivery status and log information into the digital tracking system.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and smartphone technology.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
