As a Dedicated OTR Driver at SwiftStream, you are the face of our company. Your role involves more than just driving; it requires professionalism and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer (Class A CDL) to deliver freight across the United States.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs and necessary paperwork in strict adherence to FMCSA regulations.
- Interact professionally with shippers and receivers to ensure timely and damage-free deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and traffic laws at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a current DOT medical card.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to safety.
