Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers within designated Boston neighborhoods
- Optimize delivery routes using our GPS-based navigation system to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain proper signatures for all packages
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes based on real-time traffic conditions

Qualifications
