Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, soil, and debris across San Antonio and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team remotely via digital platforms for route optimization and delivery coordination
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using mobile apps
- Assist with basic loading/unloading operations at job sites as needed
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions (remote/in-person hybrid)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Proven dump truck operation experience with familiarity with tandem axle trailers
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions year-round
- Strong navigation skills with GPS proficiency
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Reliable transportation to San Antonio terminal (remote work doesn't apply to physical reporting)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional weekends
