Responsibilities
- Safely operate 26' box truck for time-sensitive LTL freight delivery
- Maintain meticulous trip logs and electronic logging compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes using provided GPS and dispatch software
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial box truck driving experience
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Proficient with GPS navigation and mobile communication apps
- Reliable smartphone with constant data coverage
