Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents safely and on schedule using company vehicles
- Verify delivery details and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timeliness
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Pittsburgh area streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Reliable transportation to/from designated depot
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
