Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles on designated routes in the Mesa, AZ area.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and inventory accuracy.
- Interact professionally with customers at delivery locations.
- Maintain daily logbooks and comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Keep the truck clean and organized at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance for pre-hire screening.
- Basic computer skills for electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Must be a local resident in or willing to commute to Mesa, AZ.
