Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage cargo loading/unloading procedures with precision
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety standards
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Spanish bilingual preferred for El Paso market
