Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated delivery points while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Verify the contents of packages against delivery orders and ensure the integrity of the cargo.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable company vehicle at all times.
- Update delivery status in the tracking system in real-time.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately if required.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo using hand trucks or dollies when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Proof of auto insurance and registration.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone applications for GPS navigation and order management.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
