Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Load/unload freight with precision and maintain proper cargo securement
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely delivery across diverse urban environments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Familiarity with Bay Area geography and commercial routing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- DOT medical certification required
