Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction debris, soil, and aggregate materials
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient route planning
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork documentation
- Secure cargo properly during transit to prevent spills or damage
- Collaborate with ground crews for seamless loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker endorsement
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of Bay Area traffic patterns and construction zones
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening
