Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles safely and legally in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload freight with care, ensuring cargo security during transit.
- Plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines while adhering to flexible scheduling needs.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers at each stop.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and delivery documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road conditions, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional weekends if required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
