Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders using personal vehicle
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational standards
- Complete trip transactions accurately through our driver app
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and rideshare regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during all rides
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with 3+ years clean driving record
- Must own a 4-door sedan (2010 or newer) or SUV
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capabilities
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to stand/sit for extended periods
- No major moving violations in past 3 years
- Knowledge of Chicago metropolitan area
