Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food, packages, and essentials to customers across Miami-Dade
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation apps to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Handle cashless transactions and digital payments accurately
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and navigation
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs safely
- Strong knowledge of Miami neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Reliable transportation to/from depot location
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for order verification
- 18+ years old with right to work in the US
