Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses in Louisville metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicle conditions before/after shifts and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Manage route efficiently using GPS navigation systems
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for cash handling (if applicable)
