Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, retail goods, and documents to Kansas City addresses
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle order inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues to dispatch
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate high-volume delivery periods
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
