Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently and document deliveries accurately
- Maintain precise delivery logs and mileage records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with route optimization and traffic navigation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
