Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver freight to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records (ELD compliance)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and time-sensitive deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with freight handling and basic warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual transmission
- Familiarity with Nashville metro area and surrounding regions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for mobile device operations
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
