We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our fleet as Part-Time Drivers. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. We pride ourselves on a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer obsession.
Responsibilities
- Drive our delivery vans along designated routes to deliver packages to customers in the Oakland area.
- Unload packages from the vehicle and place them on doorsteps, porches, or designated delivery points.
- Obtain digital signatures for delivery confirmation and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and safe manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure delivery experience.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions (hot/cold/rain).
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle for non-driving tasks (if applicable) or availability to use company vehicle.
