Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to ensure timely and accurate package delivery to customers.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in perfect condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and resolving delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Sort and organize packages efficiently at the distribution center.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent.
- Clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
