Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to local destinations within Fresno and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo carefully to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain proper signatures upon completion of routes.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers and clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of Fresno roads and local geography.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of lifting packages and loading/unloading trucks.
