Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the greater Plano area efficiently and safely.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition.
- Obey all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and handling packages with care.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper placement and security.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and paperwork.
- Resolve delivery issues and manage customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License (Class A or B preferred for local routes).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile apps.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must reside in the Plano, TX area.
