Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders using the MetroRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle per company standards
- Complete pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation tools to maximize efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professional communication
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and MetroRide safety protocols
- Submit accurate trip documentation and earnings reports
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Smartphone proficiency and reliable internet access
- Ability to pass background and vehicle inspection checks
- Basic knowledge of Detroit metropolitan area
