Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight using company-owned dry van trailers
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment handling
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional delivery
- Utilize telematics for real-time tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years over-the-road trucking experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS rules
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Must live within 50 miles of Omaha, NE
