Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers across Chula Vista and surrounding areas using the CityRide app
- Maintain exceptional service standards with professional conduct and vehicle cleanliness
- Optimize earnings through strategic routing during peak demand hours
- Complete mandatory vehicle inspections and documentation requirements
- Utilize real-time navigation to ensure efficient and timely pickups/drop-offs
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate vehicle service promptly
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance safety and customer experience
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving history
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2015 or newer) with 4 doors and valid insurance
- Smartphone with high-speed data and knowledge of navigation apps
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of local geography and traffic patterns
- Self-motivated mindset with ability to work independently
