Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment on construction sites and public roads
- Load/unload construction materials including gravel, sand, and debris
- Pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance documentation
- Follow strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Adapt to changing schedules and project demands
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license (Class C minimum)
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of hire
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
- Reliable transportation to Irvine depot
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early starts possible)
