Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders using the CityRide Connect app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Optimize routes using real-time GPS navigation for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Handle cashless transactions and payment processing through the app
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and accidents promptly
- Uphold CityRide's service standards and brand image
- Complete daily earnings summaries and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door sedan/SUV) passing inspection
- Smartphone with iOS 13+ or Android 8+ and stable internet connection
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic smartphone navigation skills and customer service orientation
- Availability to work during peak hours (evenings/weekends preferred)
