Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses throughout Phoenix.
- Load and unload packages with care, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
- Verify delivery details and obtain electronic or handwritten signatures where required.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance checks before and after routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong navigation skills and up-to-date knowledge of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
