Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to designated residential and commercial addresses in the Charlotte metro area.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling service recovery with a positive attitude.
- Load and unload merchandise from the delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Follow assigned routes and time schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately record delivery information using mobile devices or paper logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and electronic proof of delivery.
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse location.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
