Job Summary:
As a Driver Partner, you are responsible for the delivery of packages to customers in a safe and timely manner. You will ensure the highest level of customer service and the safety of our merchandise. This role requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customer doorsteps efficiently.
- Unload trailers and sort packages upon arrival at the delivery station.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle packages with care.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service teams.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) for safety and communication.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (or ability to obtain one) suitable for delivery work.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
