Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute efficient local and regional delivery routes with precision
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and DOT compliance documentation
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
- Overnight shift availability and reliability essential
- Strong navigation skills and route familiarity in Kansas region
- Pass DOT physical and background screening
- Hazmat endorsement preferred (training provided if needed)
