Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations while adhering to all traffic laws
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger inquiries
- Optimize routes using our proprietary navigation app for maximum efficiency
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Track earnings and mileage through our driver portal
- Participate in ongoing safety and service training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and GPS capability
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Access to a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer
- Must reside in Kansas City metro area
