Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport across construction sites and industrial zones
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections ensuring vehicle compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for client reporting
- Collaborate with site supervisors to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Represent Prime Logistics with professionalism in client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR record
- Minimum 3 years experience operating dump trucks in construction/industrial settings
- Ability to pass DOT physical and random drug screenings
- Proficiency in GPS navigation and electronic logging systems
- Strong understanding of weight distribution and load securement
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
