Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) during overnight hours
- Execute timely deliveries across Bay Area routes with GPS navigation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure cargo security and temperature compliance for sensitive loads
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for seamless loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varied weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area geography and traffic patterns
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Previous night shift experience preferred
- Hazmat endorsement highly desirable
