Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Atlanta
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays or issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or ability to use company vehicle if provided)
- Smartphone with data plan for our delivery management app
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile technology
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends
