Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in Madison metropolitan area
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Follow optimized delivery routes using Amazon technology
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations
- Communicate delivery status via Amazon systems
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 1+ year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and background check
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for Amazon systems
- Pass Amazon's delivery training program
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
