Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, patient samples, and documents to and from medical facilities within the designated Tulsa area.
- Adhere strictly to all temperature control requirements (cold chain) to ensure specimen integrity.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records for every stop made during the route.
- Interact professionally with medical staff, patients, and clients while adhering to strict HIPAA compliance standards.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the courier vehicle is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Handle sensitive materials with the utmost care and discretion at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld delivery devices.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan or van) with current insurance and registration.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
