Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceuticals safely and efficiently to designated healthcare facilities.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and CLIA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and specimen handling.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and ensure all safety equipment is functional.
- Complete accurate daily logs and delivery reports using our remote dispatch system.
- Follow designated routes and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service to hospital staff and patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and accessing dispatch software.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver medical equipment up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable smartphone for navigation and communication.
