Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, pharmaceuticals, and lab supplies in temperature-controlled containers
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody documentation and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Navigate Memphis efficiently using GPS while adhering to traffic regulations
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of medical transport units
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and receiving facilities
- Handle time-sensitive medical deliveries with utmost urgency and care
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to Memphis headquarters daily
- Pass background check and drug screening
