Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and documents to and from medical facilities, hospitals, and testing centers.
- Adhere to strict temperature control protocols (cold chain) to ensure sample integrity.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic proof of delivery (POD) records.
- Ensure all delivery vehicles are clean, fueled, and in proper working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients.
- Follow all safety regulations, DOT guidelines, and company policies.
- Manage route planning and time management efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Reliable access to a reliable, insured vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle).
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and navigating GPS.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
