Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceuticals to and from medical facilities, clinics, and laboratories.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols when handling sensitive patient data and biohazardous materials.
- Ensure timely delivery to meet critical healthcare deadlines and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure fleet readiness and safety.
- Document delivery logs and proof of delivery accurately using mobile applications.
- Provide excellent customer service to healthcare partners and internal clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong sense of punctuality, time management, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries.
- Experience in the medical logistics or courier industry is a plus but not required.
