Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, documents, and supplies to healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials
- Complete electronic delivery logs and paperwork with 100% accuracy
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Knowledge of Newark and surrounding NJ geography
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous medical courier or logistics experience a plus
