Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and pharmaceuticals using temperature-controlled containers
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody documentation for all sensitive medical materials
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and biohazard safety standards
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs across the Phoenix metro area
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of medical transport equipment
- Communicate delivery status updates to healthcare providers via our digital tracking system
- Participate in emergency response deliveries for time-sensitive medical cases
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical logistics certification preferred
- Experience handling biohazard materials or medical specimens (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and operate temperature-controlled equipment
