Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and equipment to designated healthcare facilities, hospitals, and labs within the St. Louis metro area.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the company-provided vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery schedules and ensure on-time arrival for all shipments.
- Update delivery logs and digital tracking systems accurately after every run.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency for accessing delivery apps and logging information.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proof of auto insurance and current vehicle registration (required if using personal vehicle per agreement).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
