Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, pharmaceuticals, and sensitive equipment between healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict temperature control for time-sensitive deliveries (refrigerated/heated containers)
- Complete accurate documentation and electronic tracking for all shipments
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and biohazard safety procedures
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintain clean, professional transport vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with temperature-controlled transport preferred
